What is Vercel’s policy for support response speed on Pro plan?

I have an account on Vercel on Pro plan (avg spend 300$/mo, last year 6k). I am unable to log in to the account and am not getting any response from Vercel’s support team for 2 weeks already. When should I expect a response? Case number 01285851

I understand, but I cannot get any answer through regular channels for 2 weeks and all deploys are blocked for our organization, so this is P0 issue
