i can somewhat design borders and add filling animation but then its gonna be bad for performance

so nede something better

it's an svg stroke dasharray animation, look it up

the logo at the start is exported as an svg, then with css+js you can animate the characters, or some would just export the animation in lottie/other tools

then for the rest of the animation, you can just do a transition of an element with position: "absolute"; from center of screen to top left and add some easing
