Anyone else seeing this? Super frustrating that dev mode loses fast refresh (previously known as hot module reloading) when you import anything with TLA. The error message is also wrong which sent me barking up the wrong tree for a few hours.

I've created PR #95748 for this issue #84658 but I see there's quite a backlog of issues and PRs so I'm not sure how to try and get it merged.
