If possible, can the blur placeholder be animated? I'd like to cross-fade between the blur placeholder and the true image. Placeholders tend to be fairly jarring, especially for images that load quickly. I've been able to animated the image to fade in, but I haven't gotten this to work with a cross fade from placeholder.
