The deploy is timing out and getting stuck on ECS and then sittign there for a very long time. Im unsure what could be causing this issue.

addition im unable to access the web console since that is having an issue where it fails to create or access the websocket.

the console worked yesterday the first time i tried it but then i git stashed my changes and tried to do things slightly differently and now its broken
