I really cant code without a tutorial I do not understand the basic things not just in NEXTJS, react-typescript etc... what to do? and I dont want to see another tutorial for this

Read this book
Avoid youtube tutorials or random blog posts
Until you feel comfortable in javascript
Then go through the official react documentation and tutorial
Then go through the official nextjs documentation and tutorial
This is going to take weeks / months
So prepare yourself for the long-haul
