its probably a vscode extension you are using

Tried everything but still it is being displayed
this will show you all the extensions you are using with the keyword tailwind

I guess some vs code extention may cause it
try one by one disable extention in vs code and check which one trigger this behavior

Cool will just do that
it doesnt look like it is directly tailwind and instead for some reason showing the css selector for the element
