Bulky pixelated fonts

all,
I'm writing a simple landing page app using React and NextJS 14.
Some users have noticed that fonts are bulky and pixelated: https://i.stack.imgur.com/CaV1e.png
rather than what I'm getting which is crisp rendered font: https://i.stack.imgur.com/ThOja.png
I have no idea why this might be happening, especially since it's only reproductible to a handful of users.
Can you help me understand why is this issue occuring?
