On many websites I see a loading screen with a percentage growing up from 0 to 100 before playing a website reveal animation.
How is that achieved ? Is it just the 13+ loading file ? How is the percentage showed to the user determined ? And how to achieve it so that it lasts at least 2s or so to be sure it doesn't just flash ?
