dynamic import component keep getting Error: next/dynamic

After updating to canary 14.0.5-52 i got this Error: next/dynamic on dev, turbo and build failed

canary 14.0.5-41 has no error next dynamic on dev and turbo and build succeed

Didnt change any code, just updating to latest canary

Latest canary build 14.0.5-52 got
