How to disable SSR for a specific Page in Next.js? (Xterm doesnt work with SSR)

I tried

const ConsoleDynamic = dynamic(() => import("@/components/terminal/console"), {
  ssr: false,
})

but then this happens:

first load will be ssr anyways

you can: export const dynamic = "force-dynamic" but still first load will be ssr'ed

ig. currently ssr isn't the problem my problem is the dupicaation of my component
