Best practice for the below code

Hai Guys,, here I used the FileUploadPopUpComponent in my root-layout, so I can show the in-progress files anywhere in the app, so it won;t be disapper when I route to some other pages.

Here's my question is, is it's a best practice to do that? or do you guys have any better option for that?

I generally keep layout.tsx to include components
