Link component or useRouter().push() from "next/navigation" is not navigating inside the page.

I am able to control-click on a link and it'll open in a new page, but any page except one that I go to refuses to navigate using next/navigation

on another page with basically the same content as my main page, I'm able to navigate fine but not on the main page
