Problem with de navbar

I have a webpage where the navbar works well on almost all devices. However, when I click a button that redirects me to another page, while it is loading, the navbar remains static in the position where it was when the button was pressed.

I'm not sure if this would work, but you can make the navbar dropdown menu to display: "inline"
