I have created nextjs project using the command npx create-next-app@latest after that i tried to run the project using the command npm run dev in vscode terminal it shows http://localhost:3000 link when i click the link in browser it shows me localhost refused to connect, at the same time in vscode terminal i didn't receive any errors what is the problem can any one help me regarding this.
Im using node version 20.10.0 32 bit
npm version 10.2.4
