Hello,

i know this is'nt the right place but i'm facing an issue with Prisma, when trying to push my Prisma schema to a MySQL database, I encountered the error message:

Error: Schema engine error:
Error querying the database: Unknown authentication plugin `sha256_password'.

My MySQL server is using sha256_password, but Prisma seems to be incompatible with it. I cannot change it since the MySql Server is hosted on "cPanel" which i don't have access to the mysql configuration.

Is there a way to configure Prisma to use a different authentication plugin within the Prisma schema itself?

Using latest prisma version (v5.5.2)
