heavy load for changes and CPU issue

I'm trying to code my next project using NEXT JS framework,
but at every line of code, there is a heavy load and heavy refresh to see changes, I couldn't even complete a simple component with this load issue
although, on working with a React library , I could write and see changes immediately
so, how to solve this problem ?
I've been attached a video for this problem, that shows a 100% from CPU on every line of code
my computer resources:
CPU: Intel core i5-1035G1
RAM: 20GB
but at every line of code, there is a heavy load and heavy refresh to see changes, I couldn't even complete a simple component with this load issue

can you kill all other apps, disable all extensions in vscode, update to latest of vscode, and try again
