Deploy on vercel failed and errors related to vercel cache

I have a pro account in vercel and recently I've faced with some issues on this site
when I want to deploy a branch I find some errors which is not related to my project and I dont have these errors in my local build!!
addition to this something that makes this issue very confusing when it deploys my project randomly!!
I dont have any idea of this bug

i found the reason
its related to yarn!!!
we should override build and install commands to solve this!
