I've emailed registration@vercel.com a week ago with no response yet. I am late for my deployment and my client is losing patience.

there are other platforms like netlify. You can try that

Netlify won't let me verify since their latest bug has been automatically flagging every new account as fraudulent and disabling verification links immediately. Amplify is bugged and won't let me deploy more than one app, should let me deploy 25.

Unfortunately no one here can help you with that. If you sign in with github, it shouldn't ask you for sms verification iirc?
