Yes, you can do that using JavaScript/TypeScript and invoking the submit() method that every form element has

You generally can submit a form by pressing enter and that's called an implicit submit, but it only works for these types of inputs: Text, Search, URL, Telephone, E-mail, Password, Date and Time, Date, Month, Week, Time, Local Date and Time, Number.
And the form can't have more than one input of that type.
