can't seem to identify it or find it but if i remove the footer the problem goes away

this is the app.js

and i've noticed that anything that's below the Component gets an error

i tried replacing the footer with something like a div and i still get the error

same thing happens if i put it in the index.js

i've also tried running it in both Dev and Prod
