If I created a next 13 app router, does it use Turbopack under the hood ? Also how would one check..
And if not, how do I implement, and is it worth it ?

No Turbopack isn't the default since it's far from stable atm.
And I personally discourage even trying it since many basic features aren't still supported and cause a lot of problems.
