I'm trying to deploy my NextJS application with Firebase. I've tried to deploy it with Firebase itself. But due to some issues in deploying NextJS project in Firebase, I can't do it. So I'm trying to do it with the Vercel. My doubt is, are we able to deploy Firebase application with Vercel ? Or Do we need to do any other configuration to do it ?
Another question is, If I build my NextJS 13 application, I;m not getting build folder. Instead I'm getting "out" folder. What is it and Are we able to use the "out" instead of build folder ?

Any explanation on this would be appreciated since I can't find anything from anywhere.
