redirect() in server action doesn't work

I have Add Item page and there is form. After inserting data, I got error. the error was in
btw, I used Server Action and the data is saved successfully.
redirect('/dashboard). it showed NEXT_REDIRECT. anyone can help ? btw, I used Server Action and the data is saved successfully.
