I am trying to host a version of the nextjs forum but when I run the dev command without changing any of the code, it keeps saying this and I am not sure how to fix it.

yarn build at the root of the project. It looks like the nested packages need to be built before being imported from the apps19 Replies

hmm according to a post online, deleting the package-lock.json file and then running it should work. and I did that and now it says this
may have to delete the package-lock.json there as well, one sec
oh nvm there is no package-lock there
oh the turbo build log says this
try adding
"typescript": "^5.1.6" to the dependencies list of packages/db in the package.json fileWest African LionOP
hmm fixed that but now the error is for this
is it cause its on localhost or something without https
it is probably from the planetscale config, are all the env variables set?
the end of the connection url should have this:
?ssl={"rejectUnauthorized":true}so you can connect from the dev app
