In my app, someone can be part of many workspaces. An employer may choose to lock down their workspace with SSO for example. That workspace will be "locked" until you sign in with that SSO, similar to how GitHub handles it:

What would yall say is the best auth solution for going about doing this? I won't be using Supabase etc.
