Can vercel deployment run multiple commands at the same time?
For example, the local configuration is

"dev": "next dev"
"loader": "dotenv -e .env.local --npx tsx --watch loader.ts"
"dev:all": "npm-run-all --parallel dev loader"

Running dev all locally is fine, but vercel configures dev:all and finds that the loader is not running.
How to deal with this situation is generally better? Do I need an entire server to run the loader file alone?
