Getting internal error when deploy nextjs with app folder

As the picture shows, it is just a simple static nextjs project, next version 13.4.6, I use content-layer to transform mdx files, using tailwindcss, nothing else. Need help to fix this, the error message help nothing!

can you try redeploying without build cache?
if it still happens, contact support because this is a problem on vercel's side

I always deploy without cache, actually I even delete this project and add it again, still not work.

I deploy success now, I guess vercel down for a short time. THX anyway.
